how do I fix P0430 and where is it located on a GMC 2007

I have a 2007 GMC 6.0L truck and the engine light came on and when hookup to an obd scanner the problem it showed as P0430 and I would like to know what the name of the part that has to be replace and how I can fix the problem plus where I can locate the problem on my truck
