P1399 Honda -

2003 Honda Pilot over 200,000 miles, engine light on with the VTM-4 lights as well. Got a code misfire on all cylinders and p1399. Vehicle runs rough/shakes at 40 - 60 miles hour, rough idle. Slow at times, engine lights flash sometimes while vtm-4 is solid. Spark plus less than a year old, egr values cleaned or changed twice, fuel injection cleaned, coil packs little over year replaced (all 6). When this issues first occured, I took it to dealer and the most of the formentioned things. the problem stoped but i still had a check engine light with vtm coming on occasionaly. Now the problem of rough idle and 40-60 m/h rough, slow moving has started again. What could be the issue?

What you have is a vavle adjustment need. For some reason the valve lash gets tight. Which results in no power and rough idle.
