2005 Chrysler 300 3.5L v6 with code p0305

Question

At higher speeds of 50+ the car shakes like a misfire.
I'm getting a P0305 code (cylinder 5 misfire)

I've replaced all coils & all plugs,

I've swapped injectors from Cylinder 1 & 5 to see if the code will change to a P0301, It does not.....Stays P0305

I've visually inspected all coil & injector wiring. All seems to be good.

Anyone have any ideas where to go next? Thank you...

P0305 Misfire number 5 cylinder

Mechanical condition need to be done, a leak down test on that cyclinder will help , and a compression test of that cylinder.
