P3431 chrysler 300. What should I do to repair my car?

Good day. I have tested my car by ELM 327 with Torque and find the Article - P3431.
But I don't know, how can I repair my car. This error appears only when driving a car. With engine running and warm-up time error does not appear. When re-starting the engine before driving this error is not visible.
What should I do to get rid of this error? For what reason does it arise?
