This is a oxygen sensor code, the heater element for the 02 sensor helps it reach operating temperature faster, This is located at bank this is where cylinder number 2 is located, being sensor 2  this is the downstrean or the catalytic monitor sensor.the replacement of this 02 sensor will be the solution
