This code is telling you there is a problem with the resistance of the sensor heater. This is in the sensor itself typically or a wiring issue to the sensor. In most cases the heater inside the sensor is the cause of the code and problem. Replacing the heated O2 sensor, sensor 2 on bank 2 should resolve the problem. This is the sensor on the driver side of the engine AFTER the catalytic converter.
