When I turn ignition it fires then immediately dies.

Malfunction code is B2799. After dozens of tries or after sitting for awhile it will finally stay running. This happens once every few months and lately about once a month and after sitting in our garage over night. Happens in summer and winter. In between incidents it runs fine.

try to replace the key fob battery if that does not help, the key may have to be programmed again, or there is a wire harness issue or ECM may need to be updated.
