P0301 what fixes the problem

P0301 Misfire number 1 cylinder

How is the sparkplug wire to this cylinder,, Low RPM from a sluggish IAC (idle air control) operation and even a vacuum  will affect the engine performance, , This engine is equipt with a MAP (Manifold absolute pressure) sensor a vacuum leak near or at the MAP will cuase the engine to stall and a rough idle , The vacuum leak can also come from a EGR vale that is leaking a vacuum
