I have a 1999 Infiniti I30 setting a P1320 code.

Question

In the diagnostic chart it is asking me to test voltage at the "ignition condenser." I cannot find anything called an ignition condenser nor any connectors with the proper wiring where Mitchell is describing the location. Can anyone help me locate the ignition condenser or just help with the code P1320?

I found the condenser. It is taped to the wiring harness running across the front of engine.

On your 1999 I30, the problem is usually an ignition coil (s). Sometimes the problem is finding out which coil (s) is the bad one.
