Where is the ECM located on a 2001 Ford F150? Thank You

I used an OBDII scanner and got code P1451. So Im wanting check all areas concerning the code but do not know where the ECM is located on my truck

P1451 Evap control canister vent solenoid

P1451 to resolve this you will need to check for voltage power to the canister vent solenoid , the voltage to the CV solenoid when commanded on is about 10.5 volts.  also check the resistance of the CV soenoid the specification is 48 ohms to 65 ohms. The location of the ECM is at the right side at the door scuff panel ,which will need to be removed.You will have to remove the right cowl trim panel
