I change my ignition 1998 ifiniti q45 it wront start

Now when I turn the key I have my old and new key .I turn it over it wrot start it wront stay start

• ignition key I chang it and the car wront start there was nothing wrong I pulled the key out and than some one pick at the key part where u put the key so than I replace the ignition the
  whole thing

The transponder key will have to be reprogramed some lock smiths have the tool to program it and may charge like $75 or so where the dealer is a lot more.
