P0751 Toyota - What are the possible outcomes that car will go through with this type of code

What are the possible outcomes that car will go through with this type of code. I took it to a shop and they told me there are torque problems and that now they want more money because supposedly there is a problem with the radiators cooler as well and there are chunks of of metal running through stuff when they have already flushed it.

P0751 Shift solenoid "A" Performance

With this code condition the transmission will shift into gear hard,There will also be no 1st gear and eventually no 4th gear. What you definetly have is a internal transmission failure.especially with metal getting flushed out.
