P2197 code: O2 sensor biased/Stuck Lean Bank 2 Sensor 1
P2198 code: O2 sensor biased/Stuck Rich Bank 2 Sensor 1
How can one sensor be stuck lean and stuck rich at the same time?
Both front O2 sensors have been changed. The rear ones are still factory.

Vehicle: 2005,Ford,Mustang,4 liter V-6
