Wife's car. Making horrible noises. Sounds like something smacking the cable cover getting codes p0340 p2195 & p2197
P0340 Camshaft position sensor A circuit (Bank 1 or single sensor)
P2195 - 02 sensor signal biased / Stuck lean (Bank 1 Sensor 1)
P2197 - 02 sensor signal biased / Stuck lean (Bank 2 Sensor 2)
The first area to check is the oil level. if it is over filled you can get a lean biased lean code condition , P0340 can just be the result if you have a hard to start engine . With a Ford a overly lean engine does set a P0340.
Here is a Ford Ranger, the code it had was P0171 (lean bank 1), P0300 Random misfire. P0340 Camshaft position sensor.. The owner had a hard time start and erratic idle ,
Just moving the airduct for the MAF (mass airflow) , what was found was a broken MAF air duct leading into the throttle body, this set a lean code condition and having a lean code a P0340 was also present.
The fix was only to replace the MAF air duct, there was no need to investigate the P0340 as the broken MAF air duct was the cause for the code
What you have for you engine code condition is a lean condition, same thing check the MAF air duct on the vehicle, check the oil level over filled can cause lean biased condition , Camshaft timing dealing with the timing chain can also cause all 3 code.
