2009 Buick Enclave CXL 3.6L with persistent engine code P2097

Question

The P2097 code came up on my 2009 Buick Enclave CXL 3.6L. After changing the catalytic converter and changing the O2 sensor, I'm still getting the same code P2097.

If you have already replaced the Catalytic Converter and Oxygen Sensor, then your next step is to check for exhaust leaks. Any minor exhaust leak near the Catalytic Converter could cause the P2097 code to set again. If no leaks are found, you could try reprogramming the Powertrain Control Module (PCM).
