07 Chrysler 300 will not start

07 Chrysler 300 will not start. Battery is good all power works, but will not crank or even try to. Replaced starter and still nothing? Engine light flashes 10 times then stays on.

It drove to work and home just fine and later that night went to drive it and nothing. ????
