2011 camaro "engine Reduced Power" ISSUE

Question

My 2011 camaro keeps on having "reduced engine power" come up on the digital speedometer. Then the car doesnt accelerate or drive fast at all. What could be the issue?

If you are under warranty I would take it to the dealer, I dont see anything such as service bulletins related to that.

if you have an OBD-II reader you should check for codes, there may be a pending code which does not turn on the engine light
