2000 infinity i30 shut off at every stop. Codes are p1130 and p0400. Can't find swivel control or egr. Is this the answer

Vehicle: 2000, infinity i30 v6 3000

The swirl control valve and EGR are most likely dirty and have carbon built-up on it. 

EGR located below the throttle body.
