Its a lot of work I would try doing an engine flush and using a good oil cleaning oil like Pennzoil Ultra or Platinum use a good oil filter like Mobil 1 or Bosch or K&N.

Since the problem is caused be dirty oil and oil sludge.

 

Possible causes:

- Dirty or low engine oil
- Valve timing
- Oil control valve
- Variable Valve Timing controller assembly
- Engine Control Module (ECM)
