How much should it cost to replace the right exhaust converter on my 2012 Dodge Ram 1500

My 2012 Dodge Ram 1500 had the engine light come on. I had it diagnosed. The code is a (p2098). Down stream fuel system 2 lean. There is a hole in the right exhaust converter. How much should it cost to have replaced?

if the car is under warranty the dealer will replace it at no cost to you. If it was damage from something hitting it (you can go through insurance) it will be expensive.
