I have already replaced the fuel pump (I know it's working because I hear it activate when turning the key to the on position) and the fuel filter, and I replaced the crank sensor. All wires seem to be connected and don't appear to be damaged. Could it be the spark plugs and spark plug wires need replaced?

P0340 is mainly for Camshaft Position Sensor, unless you have battery for starter problems.
Possible causes:
- Faulty Camshaft Position Sensor
- Camshaft Position Sensor harness is open or shorted
- Camshaft Position Sensor circuit poor electrical connection
- Faulty starter motor
- Starting system circuit
- Dead (Weak) battery
