07 Saab 9-5 P1400? I can't find any info on it

Not much info on the web either. By reason of deduction, and most common description of this code under other makes/models, it looks like possible egr system or valve issue?

What is listed is a 2007 Saab 9-5 with engine  2.3 turbo. Engine code P1400 this is for a EGR system , Saab does not use this code at all, the 2.3 turbo has no EGR
