I have a 1999 Nissan Altima SE it registered p1400 and p1448... can anyone help

I would also like to know if anyone knows how to reset the airbag light. I have been all over the internet and all info is for a FLASHING airbag light. My airbags had gone off and have been replaced and I am unable to reset the light. I have to go through emissions within the next three days so I can reregister my car ........ PLEASE HELP
