what exactly does this mean for my car?

 Do I qualify for CAP Program to help fix the problems with my car? THE CAP PROGRAM HELPS FIX  EMISSION-RELATED REPAIRS.

How much might it cost to fix these repairs?

My report stated.......

obd system check failed

p0700 Trans control system malfunction
p0171 System too lean (bank 1)
p0174 system to lean (bank 2)
p0741 Tcc performance or stuck off

Vehicle: suzuki 2005 verona 2.5 liter
