What are the most common causes for the P1166 and P1167 codes on a 2003 Hyundai Santa Fe V6?

P1166 Lamba bank control limit (bank 1)

P1167 Lamba bank control limit (bank 2)

This is for the fron 02 sensor, being a wide band when the 02 reaces it upper and lower limit ,it is trying to make fuel control changes but has max out to its limit.What needs to be inspected that can cause both banks to code P1166 and P1167 are vacuum leaks , low fuel pressure , MAF (mass air flow) under reporting. and also sparkplug condition .
