1999 infiniti qx4 location of transmission fluid temp sensor or "Terminal Assembly" Part# 3194345x08

Hi I have a 1999 infiniti qx4 with a p0710 code. Has anyone ever replaced a transmission fluid temp sensor or "Terminal Assembly" part number 3194345x08 before, if so I was wondering where it was located?

the transmission fluid temp sensor is in the transmission. The transmission fluid has to be drained and pan will have to be removed.

transmission fluid temp sensor is on the valve body (see picture below)
