Reduced Power Code P1516 2003 Chevrolet Avalanche

This fault has been set recently and forced the vehicle into a Reduced Power as displayed on the digital message screen in the dash. Very intermittent. Has occurred 2X in the past week. Resets on vehicle off/restart. Mil light needs to be reset with a service tool.
