I got the P2A01 and P0137 engine code and the check engine light on a 2006 Chevrolet Impala. What is the problem?

Both codes, the P0137 and P2A01 codes indicate a problem with the Rear Oxygen Sensor  Bank 1 (Sensor 2 or Downstream Sensor). Replacing the Rear Oxygen Sensor Bank 1 is necessary to repair the problem.
