Hi there,

The code is for a random cylinder misfire or multiple cylinder misfire. This could be as simple as the truck needing a tune up, new plugs, wires and possibly a new air filter. It can also be more complicated like an intake manifold gasket leak. The computer is unable to determine which cylinder is misfiring at the moment so I would start with a tune up.
