99 Ford Ranger TCC locked up and is not driveable and giving code PO-743 I have checked the solenoid inside the transmission with 12-volt batter and it seems to be working right also took solenoid valve out of transmission and it looks fine put it all back together and cleared the code and drove about 1/8 mile and back home and it ran perfect but when I pulled in the driveway the converter locked up again and shuddering and undrivable again and again code PO-743 what component do I need to change could the solenoid still be bad after testing good on bench test or the solenoid valve could the netural safty switch cause this ? thanks............

P0743- Torque converter solenoid

The solenoids share the same power circuit and go through fuse 13. Check the engine compartment fuse panel. You can try to check that first
