How do I fix the code P3401 on my 2006 Dodge 1500 2WD Hemi? Where is solenoid located?

The solenoid is under the intake manifold which has to be removed 

you will see 4 solenoids, the one you have to replace is the code for cylinder 1 check to see if the short harness is bad before replacing the sensor

The short harness looks like picture below and the wire is known for going bad
