2004 Kia Optima 6 Cyl with engine code P1529

Question

I have a kia optima 2004 that just showed a p1529 code. my wife was trying to drive it up the driveway and it was ice and she was spinning the wheels and the code showed up

This is just a request to turn the check engine light on. If you do emission test in your area, there is a enhace testing where the vehicle goes onto a dyno,(where the front or wheel roll on a dyno) Or a standard testing (2 speed idle idle RPM and 1500 RPM) These code up, and this does not fail the emission test,  Spinning wheel you set a code up, clear it and disregard it.
