Not ready means the OBD 2 monitor have not met their criteria , This was caused by a recent clearing of the check engine light, You will have to drive the vehicle a certain way to met this criteria, Better yet just drive this normally somewhere whithin your drive you wil meet the drive cycle needed for the monitor to be ready.
