P061B Internal control module torque calculation performance

P061B is diagnost as P2106 this is the TAC (throttle actuator control ) forced limited power.but this code will not cause the car to stall, It will cause the AWD light to come on, There is a Campaign for the engine RPM surge which may apply to you. Recall # 12N03. , What also applies to your vehicle is TSB 06-20-7,this is about hard start up or long crankng time or a possible no start on inital start up ,This will require a Reprogram of the PCM to the latest calibration.
