How to fix 2006 Ford Explorer codes: p2135,p061b, p0304, p0316

Question

I have codes p061b, p2135, p304 and p0316 codes showing. How can i repair these myself or do I need a mechanic? My explorer drives with a minor misfire that i can barely feel but then at any time it will just stop getting gas. The vehicle doesnt actually shut off but i do put it in neutral and restart the engine and it resets it and drives ok until the next time it shuts off. I cant afford the dealership to charge me to fix. Id rather try myself first. Thanks for any help.
