the number 3 coil melted and it blow the fuse for it to start. so i replaced the fuse and the coil and started the car it ran with a misfire in the number 3 cylinder for about 30sec and then melted the coil

Usually coils overheat due to poor ground. Start by checking all the engine harness grounds connection.
