Tried 3 coils, plugs,plug wires, new fuel filter, air filter,& Maf sensor. I know some stuff is not with issue but I put all that's new down

if you replaced the coil and it did not fix the issue. You should check to see what voltage you are getting on the other coils and compare it to coil #1 

- Ignition Coil 1 harness is open or shorted
- Ignition Coil 1 circuit poor electrical connection
- Faulty Engine Control Module (ECM)
