I am getting both 1569 and 0171 on my 2002 Protege.

I am getting both 1569 and 0171 on my 2002 Protege. I have replaced the VTCS solenoid valve already and had a tear in the post-filter air intake which I fixed. What is the cause?

Vehicle: 2002 Mazda Protege 2.0L

Clear the codes
