2001 saab 9-5 turbo, 2.3L , engine light is on and the codes are P1260/P1251

p1251 throttle motor full PWM in closing direction

P1260 throttle return spring low force

most likely there is a lot of carbon build up on the throttle plate. Try to clean the the throttle body first.
