I have a 2003 Hummer H2, and if I leave it to sit for more than 2 or 3 days the battery is dead, what can be wrong?

You have an open circuit somewhere. Mine did this when I had some wet wiring and it would slowly pull a very tiny amount of voltage from the battery. You might want to check your battery as well.
