2008 enclave code p0017

Question

engine check light came on a stayed on yellow i loosened gas cap and tighted it after a few engine offs and restarts with miles in between it went off . latter it came back on! i hooked up obd2 scan tool and got p0017 code and a yellow light on the scanner indicating some thing wrong

thanks! i know a loose gas cap can cause the engine check light to come on but the second time the light came on it didn't help buy loosing it and retighten
