09 Escape with code P0446. Replaced the purge valve and the canister vent solenoid. The light still stays on.

There is a TSB 08-26-10  for this and this is a very common code condition which deals with the fuel filler neck capless door seal where debris tends to keep it slightly open.Try pushing down on the capless door to remove debis to get it to shut properly
