i replace the tcc and it still does not ock up what do i do

i have a jeep wrangler 1997 2.5l. it has a code p0743 and the lock up is not working. im running 70 miles at about 3800-4000 revolutions. i have repace the tcc what should i do next.

P0743 Torque convertor clutch solenoid / trans circuit

You are going to have to test the TCC electrical circuit.The PCM is what ground to turn the TCC on. To fix this you will need to test for this ground ,, when the PCM commands it on. If it fails to turn it on the PCM is at fault.
