my check engine light doesn't work at all. how do I change it?

How do I change bulb? does whole dash have to come off?

If you want to remove the dash to replace the light buld, the first step is to remove the headlamp switch  knob , and rotate the bezel counter clockwise, 2. remove the panel screw finish. and remove the finish. 3.remove instrument panel and remove the electrical connection and replace the designated light bulb, install in reverse order.
