P0753 Chevrolet - We failed today's Inspection due to a warning light and the Service Station's report showed failure due to "PO753 Shift Solenoid "A" Electrical"... and of course the Tahoe has 195,000 miles on it so the Owner Mechanic believes it could be Terminal... Now I see from this website it could be low transmission fluid (keep my fingers crossed). Any other ideas prior to a full blown "Option B" of trying to get it fixed or bailing out...

Vehicle: 2002, Chevy Tahoe

Unless you are leaking transmission it might not be low, its more possible that the fluid is dirty and needs to be replaced.
