P0733 p0734 limp mode in 1997 chrysler town and country

emphasized text i had an electrical problem while traveling @ about 60 mph. all dash lights and guages flickering and going crazy. slammed into 2nd gear limp mode and i limped home. got home looked for any obvious problems. none noticed. pulled the negative wire and it died. checked the alternator and it was fine. found a corroded and loose wire on the positive terminal. cleaned and reconnected it. charging system fine. test drive sent her back into limp mode. scanned for codes. got the p0700, p0733, and p0734. changed the shift solenoid pack, input and output sensors, fluid and filter. even the TCM. while changing the filter i didnt notice any metal shaving and the fluid wasnt particulary burnt or to awfully dirty. what next? i would hate to drop the tranny to find it to be an electrical problem. not convinced its a mechanical problem yet. been puttin this off for a while.
