Po430 Code Ford escape 2001 changed plugs 4 and 6 now misfire help?

Question

Changed all plugs in my 2001 ford escape and fuel filter and oil change, hoping for a nice maintenance job. After all of this now the car is misfiring, on 4 and 6.

Try to drive the car there may be air in the fuel line if you still have the same problem, check to see if the coil packs are working. And recheck all the wire and hoses if you disconnected anything

Possible causes
- Three way catalyst converter Bank 2
- Exhaust tube
- Intake air leaks
- Fuel injectors may be faulty
- Fuel injector leaks
- Spark plugs may be faulty
- Improper ignition timing
- Engine Control Module (ECM)
