2007 Ford F150 4.2L truck is misfiring more now after I changed a lot of parts

I changed my fuel filter, spark plugs, and ignition coil fuel injector, it was throwing codes P0302 and P0171 before I changed everything, and the check engine light was on and would flash. but after I changed all that the check engine light is off, but it is pulling all codes but 1. What is going on with my truck

So, there is no engine light, but all the codes are still there. How is your truck driving? Did you try clearing all the codes?

You may just need to clear the codes with an OBDII canner or by disconnecting the var battery for a few minutes.
