I have a 2005 mitsubishi lancer with a F4a4b tranny, found the B solenoid thanks;checked the 5 solenoids on the valve body and they gave me a reading of 4.3ohms (on 200 scale) and they all clicked when I put juice to them. does that mean they are good? and notice corrosion on the female part of the harness, can that cause a po758 code?

Vehicle: 2005,mitsubishi,lancer 2.0 engine and F4a4b transmission

P0758 Underdrive solenoid valve system

Here are the resistance specification  2nd soenoid valve resistance should be about 2.7 ohms - 3.4 ohms

O/D resistance specs 2.7 ohms - 3.4 ohms.      U/D solenoid should be about 2.7 ohms - 3.4 ohms.   TCC should be about 2.7 ohms-3.4 ohms.   Low / Rev should be about 2.7 ohms - 3.4 ohms.  So 4.3 ohms is out of specification

so the code is po758 tells me that shift B is bad, when tested outside of the valve body individualy they all gave me 4.3 ohms should I replace them all? and thankyou for this illustration comes in very handy.

P0758 is determined when voltage is below specification, you already have the transmission pan out, if its easy for you go ahead and replace the solenoid (under drive solenoid) leave the rest alone, When its all put together you need to test for voltage from the pins or PCM . This is more of a PCM problem.
