After changing trans filter and fluid,what could cause the p0758 code to be initiated ?

After replacing transmission filter and fluid my 2004 GMC Sierra only will manually shift from 1 to 3, and will not go into over drive. After connecting code reader code p 0758 shift solenoid b electrical? Any thoughts

P0758 this code would set if the ECM see a continuous open circuit , or grounded circuit to the solenoid, This solenoid is also fused protected, its power is shared with the instrument panel, so it be good to start to check its fuse listed as IGN 0 which is a 10 amp fuse
